Pinehaven School’s local curriculum & enviro learning aims to teach children about how to be kaitiaki of our environment. Throughout the year, children are taught about the maramataka and how we use food to fuel our bodies.
At Pinehaven School we are also fortunate to have our very own beehive! Students learn to care for the bee’s and enjoy sampling the honey the bees produce.
